Genjinn is an AI-powered content repurposing tool that transforms your content into multiple formats including Twitter threads, LinkedIn posts, email newsletters, and summaries. The Service uses third-party AI providers to generate content.

3. User Accounts and Access

Free users receive a limited number of content generations. Paid subscribers ("Pro users") receive unlimited access subject to fair use limits designed to prevent abuse.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any access tokens. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Generate spam or misleading content
• Violate any intellectual property rights
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use automated systems to abuse the Service

5. Content Ownership

Your Input: You retain all rights to the content you submit to the Service.

Generated Output: You own the content generated by the Service based on your input. You are responsible for how you use this content.

Our Rights: We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Payment and Refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Prices are subject to change with notice.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time after the 7-day guarantee period.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by the Service is produced by AI and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GENJINN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
